Terms of Service

DreamX Innovation is committed to providing all participants in the agreement with a positive experience. Thus, DXI may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate this agreement if the Client becomes disruptive and/ or demonstrates inappropriate or abusive behavior towards DXI and/or its representatives, fails to follow service guidelines, or impairs DXI ability to perform services.

The following agreement between DreamX Innovation and "Client" is effective immediately upon starting service.

Service Description:

Our WebX Accelerator is an All-In-One Smart Website and marketing system (powered by AI)

Guarantee

At DXI, we prioritize your trust and peace of mind in every investment decision. We stand by our work with a comprehensive guarantee that includes ongoing maintenance and support. We are dedicated to delivering a service that is free from defects at the time of delivery.

If any technical issues or defects arise within 14 days of full delivery of your project, we pledge to promptly address and resolve them at no extra cost to you. If the issue stems from our end and cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may request a full refund for the service. Your satisfaction and confidence in our work are our top priorities.

The guarantee is voided if any of the following occur at any time during the 14 days of this agreement, hindering DXI LLC's ability to provide best results: The Client does not approve our suggested offers according to proven strategies/ best practice; the Client fails to provide requested creative content and/ or customer data within 7 business days of the request; the Client fails to respond to DXI LLC employees- or campaign related communications through previously established channels within 24 business hours.

The guarantee is voided if any of the following occur at any time during the 14 days of this agreement, hindering DXI LLC's ability to provide best results: The Client does not approve our suggested offers according to proven strategies/ best practice; the Client fails to provide requested creative content and/ or customer data within 7 business days of the request; the Client fails to respond to DXI LLC employees- or campaign related communications through previously established channels within 24 business hours.

In order to be eligible for the guarantee, the Client must email your support email to indicate their intention to claim the guarantee no later than 24 business hours before the end of 14 business days

*No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed, unless the guarantee is not met based on the terms above.

Privacy Policy

At DreamX Innovation you can rest assured we will not sell or share your personal data or mobile information with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

Privacy & Confidentiality

No part of the Client’s confidential and proprietary information, ideas, business plans, and trade secrets (collectively "Confidential Information") shall be shared outside of DXI LLC without the Client’s express knowledge and approval. DXI LLC has no right and license to use any of the Client’s data, assets, or materials outside the term of the agreement, and only to the extent necessary to provide the services to the Client. The reproduction, distribution, and sale of DXI LLC's strategies, assets, and materials by anyone but DXI is strictly prohibited. The Client shall not infringe any of DXI LLC's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.

Free Trial Agreement

After your trial ends, you understand you will be charged the service price you select. You can always cancel before trial ends.

All provided materials, assets, strategies, and Confidential Information shared by DXI LLC and/ or its representatives belong solely and exclusively to DXI LLC, and may only be used by the Client as authorized by DXI LLC. Video and phone calls could be recorded for quality and training purposes. The Client may request access and view recorded calls at any time during the term of service. DXI LLC reserves the right to distribute excerpts of recorded calls and proof of campaign results in our internal marketing campaigns for testimonial/training purposes.

Liability

DXI is not liable if the Client’s web-based platforms are hacked or suspended due to reasons caused by the client.

In no event shall either party be liable to the other party, or be deemed to have breached this agreement, for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement (except for any obligations to make payments for services already rendered), if and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, war, terrorism, invasion, riot or other civil unrest, strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances, or passage of law or any action taken by a governmental or public authority, including imposing an embargo.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason the Client chooses not to renew services at the end of the 12 Month term of this agreement, they must submit a written email notification of their intent not to proceed to [email protected] no later than 7 days before the renewal date.

In addition, the Client agrees to complete our off-boarding form and participate in a 15-minute exit interview with a DXI LLC representative to assist and help rectify any issues. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy may result in our inability to deliver a refund if payment goes through before canceling.

Video and phone calls could be recorded for quality and training purposes. The Client may request access and view recorded calls at any time during the term of service. Terms of Sale

You, the Client, hereby ratify your understanding that all program sales are final, non-refundable (outside of refund agreement), and waive any right to file a chargeback on your authorized payment with your credit card processor.

Upon severance of the relationship between and the Client, each party shall return to the other party all documents and materials tangible and intangible containing, reflecting, incorporating, or based upon the other party’s Confidential Information, and certify their compliance with the requirements of this clause in writing to the other party. All websites and other intellectual property created by the DXI LLC team will be deactivated from the Client’s account under circumstances of non-payment as per the terms of this agreement.
